Do you take commissions?
Yes! I do currently take commissions, and have to take them at the rate and order I get them in! I will have to pause orders eventually, but I will update *here* when that time comes. Sometimes I do murals, sculptures, and larger projects when commissioned.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
I do not currently ship outside of the US. I hope to expand my shipping in the future!
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Once I drop off the package with all the info you've given me, it is out of my hands. I can send you links and info of what to do in the situation, but I will not give any refunds or replacements. Always double check the shipping address you use. I will include tracking information so you can see where your new friend(s) is!
Can children play with these plushies?
Depending on which plush you have ordered, children above 4 years old are okay to play with any toy from my shop (unless specified). Some of the plushies we offer are baby-safe & labeled with this notice!
FOR ART DOLLS/TOYS: I do not recommend letting children play with these pieces. They are hand-sewn, meaning that the stitches are more fragile. We use nylon thread for stability, but any thread can break with enough pulling. These are more like art pieces, meant to be on display and loved by looking. There are beads and polyester stuffing inside these plushies as well, which may be a danger for children.
How should I clean and care for my handmade item?
Certain materials are tough to clean, and these pieces can not be put in the washer for cleaning.
*If you have any questions on cleaning your piece due to a mishap, please reach out! Spot cleaning with ½ water ½ white vinegar is typically your best bet!!
Where do you get your patterns?
I will always include credit on the post of a plush when I use a pattern. When I use a pattern, it is typically from BeeZeeArt, ImaginedYarn or CraftyIntentions. Otherwise, I write my own patterns. If a pattern/person is not credited for a pattern, that pattern was made by me.
How long does shipping take?
I ship Priority Mail Express or Ground Advantage with USPS. Usually, it will take 3-6 days but may take longer if there is a holiday. (may be faster depending on location)
