All custom and commissioned pieces require full payment upfront before work begins. Because these items are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Once approved and paid, I start crafting your unique item—handmade with care and high-quality materials.Please allow 3–6 weeks for creation unless otherwise noted.
When your piece is ready, I will:

Ship it using standard U.S. shipping methods
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is on its way.
